Dr. Payne, dentist extraordinaire, has made a few appearances in Addanac City and he cracks me up every time. He’s certainly unorthodox and Mr. A seems to get the business end of all of his zaniness. I love laughing at Dr. Payne, but I’m so forever grateful that he’s not my dentist.
