How Enchanting~ New AC Cosplay Art

During this exciting comic book convention season, I’ve been getting more and more interested in Cosplay. Not that I’m gonna dress up like The Joker or anything (I’d be better suited as Chef from South Park).

I’m just impressed by some of the various costume designs that a lot of fans have come up with. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill Halloween costumes either. These folks have spent time, energy, and ingenuity on selecting the perfect uniform to fit a certain occasion.

Anyway, I was messing around sketching and I pondered what my next drawing would be of. I had already portrayed Hank as Wolverine in a past blog post, but I want to do something with his mom, Mrs. A. I felt that, with her long, flowing, blond tresses, that Simone would make the ideal Enchantress from The Mighty Thor comic.

This is the poster that resulted from my efforts. The background image is nothing I’ve created. It’s just something I found on Google images.

Here’s a larger version of the drawing to that shows a bit more detail. Hope you all like it. :D

Antique Car Show at First Class Pizza

This past weekend, my wife, daughter, and I attended an antique car show which was sponsored my by new favorite pizza place, First Class Pizza in Riverside, CA. It was a pretty popular event as seemingly the entire town came out to gawk at these beautiful, historic, automotive relics.

I was smart enough to bring my camera this time, so I was able to take a few snapshots to show to you all. I hope you enjoy all of this vehicle eye-candy. :D
