Some of my long-time AC readers may recall that Mr. A got himself in serious spot of trouble with the law last March when he was arrested for drunk-driving after crashing his car in his own front yard after his Intervention.

Well, that brush with the law finally convinced him to put the bottle down and quit drinking. Ol’ Harv has been sober now for nearly nine months and it’s looking like he just may beat the odds and maintain his sobriety.

While that’s all well and good, as far as the City of Addanac and the state are concerned,Mr. Addanac still has to suffer legal punishment for his dangerous, life-threatening acts.

In the real world, it can take quite a while between the time you’re arrested and the time you finally have to pay the piper and face punishment for your misdeeds. Harv‘s been lucky so far that his court case had been continued, delayed, and extended numerous times. However, his case won’t be pushed off anymore. Harvey‘s about to get his day in court real soon.

And what time could be worse to have to face a judge than right after the governor passes a strict crime bill? Let’s hope Mr. A can get what’s coming to him without totally ruining his existence. Christmas would be a rough time to have to do time.
