The Louse Diet. Hey if it works stick with it.
I know that most of my past remarkable weight losses have come as a result of heartbreak and bad relationships. It's sorrowful, but it's a lot easier than counting calories and exercising.

I recently had a back injury and lost 3 pounds while laid up recovering! Sometimes I think "maybe I should try to pick up that really heavy object over there…"
That's the only advantage I could find with being sick. The loss of appetite ended up helping me shed a few tons. They eventually found their way back however.
It's true. One day I was complaining to a friend and he gave me advise that would solve that problem. I looked at him, blinked twice and said "I don't want a solution. I want to complain".
Yeah, sometimes you just wanna gripe and that's it. You usually know what the solution should be, but that's no fun.
She could lose another couple hundred pounds…by getting rid of the husband!

The louse diet did not work for me. I guess, when I'm stressed, I tend to eat more. What I did, I charged my husband the lipo in perth that I had. That's the "louse diet" with a twist, I'd say.
