      I know that most of my past remarkable weight losses have come as a result of heartbreak and bad relationships. It's sorrowful, but it's a lot easier than counting calories and exercising. :D

    I recently had a back injury and lost 3 pounds while laid up recovering! Sometimes I think "maybe I should try to pick up that really heavy object over there…" :)

      That's the only advantage I could find with being sick. The loss of appetite ended up helping me shed a few tons. They eventually found their way back however. :)

    It's true. One day I was complaining to a friend and he gave me advise that would solve that problem. I looked at him, blinked twice and said "I don't want a solution. I want to complain". ;)

    Once Louise has lost all the poundage she wants to she should rent that husband out to other chubby chicks so they can drop a few pounds too.

    The louse diet did not work for me. I guess, when I'm stressed, I tend to eat more. What I did, I charged my husband the lipo in perth that I had. That's the "louse diet" with a twist, I'd say.
