I think a few more customers are gonna be getting lead poisoning!
Is that where that song "Shots! Shots! Shots! Shots!" comes from. B)
Very true. You are innocent until proven guilty. But in everyone's minds you are guilty and got off on a technicality.
Definitely. Most, if not all, police officers view the general public as being "suspect" anyway. These officers have heard all of the excuses, so even if you''re innocent, you're not gonna be given the benefit of the doubt too easily.
As a cop, you also get to say stuff like "Save it for the Judge", "book him!" and "crime doesn't pay, scumbag!". I guess you could say that stuff when you're a customer service rep, too, but there might not be a good outcome!
My favorite line is "Move along! There's nothing to see here!" Customer Service Reps would love to say that one.
Though with Customer service you don't get in as much trouble if you hang up.
Great pic by Aidan
Thanks! Aidan created this pic several years ago, but I figured everyone has either forgotten about or have never seen it. I need to bring back all of the old cool stuff I have.
Plus he gets to beat up the customers!
That baton can be a very effective negotiation tool.
As a law enforcement person, I can say that teh customer may be wrong, but we surely have a hard time proving it… Now, move along, there is nothing to see here…
Most criminals are probably less scary than an angry customer!
A murder suspect is usually nicer than an angry little old lady at sale time
