It sounds like Lloyd is growing more and more accustomed to his fate. I hope the poor guy doesn’t end up giving up and losing hope altogether.

Perhaps Lloyd can get that second opinion, or make some headway on finding his father for some answers. Hopefully, we’ll be right along for the ride.

No wonder Lloyd has so many issues. His parents seem to have quite a few of their own.

I wonder if this is the best time for Lloyd to be looking up his family tree. I guess this is literally a life or death situation, but personally, I don’t know if I’m ready to go barking up that particular tree to find out anything.

Yeah, yeah, go ahead and groan, but you know who the world’s foremost authority on finding out who’s the baby-daddy.

If it works for the rest of the world, why shouldn’t it work for our good friend, Lloyd? It appears that it’s been awhile since Lloyd has last communicated with his father, so it may not be an easy task in locating him (if there’s even anyone around to find).

I’m hoping that there is something that can be done to help Lloyd with his disease. He’s kinda grown on me by now and I’d hate to see him bite the big one. What do you think?

Dr. Proctor is turning out to be even weirder than I thought. As we learn more about Lloyd‘s sickness, we learn even more about the Doc. Hopefully, we can find out some information this week that can help save Lloyd‘s life!

While this classic comic isn’t necessarily a Mother’s Day strip, I felt that it suited the mood for today nicely. This comic took place back in 2009 while Jack was still locked up after his initial escape. I’m not sure whether his mother eventually found out he was in the Iron Hotel or not, but this comic still makes me laugh to this day.

Some things just can’t be hidden anymore from kids I guess.

Things are getting heated at the doctor’s office today. Lloyd is beginning to grow a bit skeptical at all of Dr. Proctor‘s manipulative techniques.

Is Lloyd really battling a deadly disease or is he being ran thru the wringer just so this unorthodox Doc can clear a hefty profit in medical bills?

Stay tuned throughout this Mother’s Day Weekend for some cool, classic AC strips then meet me back here on Monday for a special triple-sized comic as we find out more about what’s going on with Lloyd‘s physical health and Dr. Proctor‘s mental deterioration.

It’s that time once again, Dear Readers. My very good friend, the internet impresario himself, Bearman, is having his fourth annual Charity Challenge this year.

Bearman has put his altruistic nature on display and is willing and eager to foot the bill for a variety of worthy causes. This guy has deep pockets and is prepared to turn them inside out to help others.

What’s the catch? What does it cost you?

Nothing but a few clicks of a mouse.

Spreading the word of this philanthropic endeavor is the key to sending Bearman to the poorhouse. On his website, he lists varying opportunities that you can participate in. If you do one or more of these things, Bearman will donate money out of his own pocket.

Where else are you gonna find a deal like that? Tell Google Plus about the Charity Challenge, and Bearman coughs up a few shillings. Write a blog about it (like I’m doing right now), and it costs him even more rubles.

It doesn’t get any easier than this, people. You know you’re on the internet day and night anyway. Why not make somebody go broke while you spread the word about it? I’m down for it, and I’m gonna do my part, so why don’t you pitch in with me?

I will love going to sleep conscience-free tonight because I did what I could to help the needy, and at the same time make a fellow blooger’s pockets look like rabbit ears. I couldn’t ask for much more.
